Terms of use
Last updated 2026-05-16
By using Couples Jury you agree to these terms. This is a summary for a demo product — have qualified counsel review before a public launch.
What Couples Jury is
Couples Jury is a private community forum where couples may post structured descriptions of a disagreement and anonymous readers may vote with written rationales. Aggregates show crowd lean, not legal or moral verdicts.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you will not submit content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts.
Your content
You are responsible for what you post. Do not include identifying information (names, addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, URLs) unless you accept the risk of harm. Follow our Community Standards. We may remove content, reject submissions, or close cases at our discretion.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is therapy, legal advice, or crisis intervention. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified hotline listed in our crisis resources.
Private platform rules
This is not a government forum. We enforce community rules (including automated filters for slurs, threats, and profanity) so deliberation stays civil. We may moderate, rate-limit, or ban abuse without publishing a public debate about your post.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee accuracy of crowd votes, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Couples Jury and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on vote totals.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
