I have a 7am client call. Casey was on voice chat laughing until 3 and the bedroom door kept opening for snacks. I got three hours of sleep and they said it is how they decompress.

Shared bedroom plus 3am voice chat on a client-call night crosses a line. Decompress in the living room.
Saying earplugs exist blames the tired person for needing rest.

Headphones, closed door, no kitchen raids after midnight. Simple house rules.
Casey keeps decompress; Morgan keeps sleep. Trade nights if needed.
Door opening repeatedly is disruptive even if chat is muted. Sleep is a shared resource.
If Casey muted at 11 and only two trips, Morgan may need better sleep tools before banning decompress time.
